Day 1 -in Bairrada you will visit a winery followed by a 4 wine tasting.

Enjoy the vineyard grounds while lunch is being prepared on property served with the local wine. We continue our day headed to Hotel Rural, the perfect refuge to discover another emblematic wine region of Portugal, here the comfort and atmosphere are ideal to experience the authenticity and traditions of the region and the DOC (Denomination of Controlled Origin) wines from the Dão. To live in communion with nature, to respect it and to love it. That's what visitors feel when they cross the estate gates, where we’ll visit a cheese factory, the vineyards and have dinner on property, the beautifull Quinta Madre de Água.


Day 2 - Breakfast and check-out procedures.

Paço dos Cunhas, located in Santar, is a pearl of the wine tourism in Dão. Special and noble, with a priceless collection of decorative pieces and centuries old architecture, inserted in a unique and biodiverse nature. An old manor house dated from 1609 that holds culture and historical values beautifully preserved. We’ll visit Santar and explore the vineyard and winery where Casa de Santar wines are produced. A visit to the wine caves followed by a tasting with some savory snacks will follow. Tasting menu:

- Casa de Santar White Reserve
- Casa de Santar Red Reserve
Food:
- Codfish croquet
- Spinach spheres
- Ham and cheese puff pastry
- Chicken Samosas.
