Guided visit to the iconic Joanina Library and Paços do Colégio at Coimbra’s university. Lunch will be at Loggia Buffet restaurant. The afternoon will start with a guided tour of the Machado de Castro Museum and the Cryptoportico of Aeminium. Followed by a walk through Coimbra’s historic downtown and its academic traditions. Dinner is served in a unique seting with a lot of tradition, an old pottery building.

Today's tour leads us to a small schist village, surrounded by beautiful Lousã mountain range, with lush vegetation and an abundant fauna, deer, wild boar and other species. The main street follows the slope of the mountain side, on a steep path. From left and right alleys appear from every corner, which gives a sense of discovery that everyone enjoys exploring, awaiting for the surprise that next nook might bring. Lunch will be held in the village. After lunch we head out towards the Bairrada reagion, more specifically, Anadia. It’s time to check in at our next hotel and enjoy its amenities. Dinner will be at the hotel, drinks not included.

Guided tour to one of the most emblematic wine caves of Bairrada, followed by a tasting of the region’s staple sparkling wine. Lunch follows at Nova Casa dos Leitões restaurante. Afterwards, jump on a side by side ATV to tour the local vineyards and immerse yourself in the wine region’s landscape. Dinner takes place in Anadia at Quatro Estações Restaurant.

Breakfast. Day trip to Aveiro for some unique experiences. After your arrival, start the morning with a private guided walking tour through the city of Aveiro, where you’ll be fascinated with the rich history and architecture that the city has to offer. For lunch, a unique culinary experience in Passagem Marina, a 20 acres property that once was a salt flat processing facility. Afterwards, we return to Anadia to visit a modern winery, Quinta do Encontro, where you can witness the beautiful sunset, followed by a wine pairing dinner on property.
